As the sun begins to set, retreat to the rooftop deck where comfortable seating and a fire pit create the perfect setting for evening conversations under the coastal sky.
Inside, Aqua Dreams offers generous living spaces, comfortable accommodations, and entertainment for every age. Whether you're enjoying friendly competition in the game room, preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach, every space has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection. For guests bringing a boat, the property offers ample boat parking!
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.
• There is no direct beach access from the neighborhood. The nearest beach access road is a short 3-minute drive
BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more.
• Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

We enjoyed our stay and it was just as described. The pool was clean and perfect for our family with a wide range in ages. The house was a few minutes drive to the beach access road and Mustang Island State Park. The house was spotless and linens were ample for our party of six. We used the kitchen everyday which was stock with everything needed for cooking our meals. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Pool is excellent. Kitchen is good. Downstairs Air conditioning is ok but very noisy. In the master bathroom the noise is similar to a jet engine starting. Upstairs AC was very nice. Many improvements in the house but still needs repairs( towel racks, sink stopper). Towels and washcloths were short. There were pool towels last year but none this year. Roof still leaks. Water pressure in bathroom sinks was terrible!
