Everything went smooth and the condo was clean.

Our condo was perfectly located to get to Disney and shopping. It was nice to be able to prepare meals and do laundry. The pool area was great and heated. My son enjoyed the water slides. The café inside had good food and snacks and the staff there were wonderful! The welcome center staff was also very kind and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

This was our fourth stay at Windsor Hills and each time has been great. This time around I dealt with the reservation manager Ted Robinson and I could not have asked for a nicer person to deal with. We had arrived early and I called Mr Robinson who gave us the ok to Checkin much earlier than anticipated. We also had a small issue that Ted took care of immediately. I give both Ted and Windsor Hills a 10/10. Thank you once again Ted.

Great place over all. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Had a small hiccup with the smoke detector but it was taken care of right away. Great area to stay in and looking forward to our next getaway here again.
