- Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive an email to sign the rental agreement and addendum electronically—complete it ASAP to secure your reservation.
- Calypso Resort Registration Fee:
- $60 fee (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage).
- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are not permitted to be on property without proper registration.
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

This one bedroom with two bunk beds on the 22nd floor has a beautiful views of the beach and park pier and a very comfortable King size bed. The management company were great they answers the phone doing business hours, response to any concerns quickly and definitely keep you updated with emails which I truly appreciate.
The reason I gave it four stars, the condo could use some updates and a new cleaning service. The shower curtain liners need to be replace the bottom was filthy the bath tub in the master bedroom need to be replenish a little fresh paint on the baseboard and the bunk bed ladder. Kitchen table could be resurfacing and stain.
Great items was microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, washer/dryer and toaster and nice size refrigerator was a definite plus.
I would recommend base on the communication with management company and location.
