We had a wonderful stay at this property. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed during our visit. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transport links.
Communication with the hosts was fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Me and my husband stayed one night as a last minute getaway to York. The host was lovely - very friendly and polite, responsive and informative.
The location was great. About a 10 minute walk into the city center. The actual apartment block is located within a quiet residential estate with secure parking.
The apartment itself was spotless! Very clean and fresh. The furnishings were on trend and interior design was perfect. Modern appliances and smart TV make all the difference.

The flat is ideally located for a visit to York. We liked that it was the top floor so we had the window and doors. Can see out without feeling like people were looking in. The guests before us spotted silverfish so the office let us know and that it will be sorted but not enough time before our check in. We saw one or two in the bathroom but no big deal. The bathroom floor didn’t look to have been cleaned. Carpet wasn’t hoovered well. Anything we went to use in the kitchen appeared dirty so we washed everything before use. And I would recommend if you go to stay you let them know before hand if you need the sofa bed as we had to figure it out and fully make it up on arrival. Handy to have a free parking space at the property rather than have to pay for nearby parking. It did the job!
