There's convenient covered onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 4-minute walk to Pignasecca Market or the 8-minute walk to Via Toledo. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Naples by hopping on a metro at either Dante Station, a short 7-minute walk away, or Toledo Station, 10 minutes away.

The apartment is fantastic and super unique. Paolo was incredible. He arranged transfers for us any time we needed to go somewhere. This is not easy with 12 people!! He even gladly sent an item that we left behind. Better than excellent host. Amazing view and interesting city. Be aware that it is two floors with stair connecting. And it is on the top floor of the building. There is an elevator to reach the main door of the apartment. Just be aware if you have people who can’t use stairs. Finally, Paulo will arrange pick up and drop off straight to your door if needed. Don’t hesitate to rent this amazing apartment from him!

From the very beginning, we had excellent communication with Paolo, the host and his manager, Raffaele. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in a local residential area with parking down the street. I loved how the bedrooms were split so we felt like we had some distance from our friends staying with us. The rooftop was breathtaking and a great place to spend our down time. We were just a few minutes walk from via Toledo, and the Spanish Quarter. There is also a local shop just across the street where you can buy some snacks if needed.

Lovely apartment in great location. Lots of space and the roof terrace is amazing. A few signs of wear but these didn't diminish from the stay. Would recommend.

A fantastic apartment that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Naples!The Good:• Location: Absolutely perfect. An easy walk to the historic center for sightseeing and surrounded by incredible local restaurants.• Rooftop Terrace: A real gem! It was so nice to have a private outdoor space to relax after a busy day.• Host: Our host was amazing—so helpful in arranging transportation and booking tours for us. It really took the stress out of planning.Good to Know:• Access: The apartment is on the 4th floor with lots of stairs, but there is a small elevator which is a huge help for luggage.• Getting Around: We strongly advise against renting a car. The streets are very narrow and chaotic. The best way to see the city is on foot, and this location is perfect for that.We loved our stay and would happily book again!
