Host was super communicative. 3rd room has twin beds not full as shown in pictures. Clean, and spacious.

This is a no frills property. It was fine for what we needed - a place to shower and sleep. I think some cosmetic upgrades are needed as well as some issues that need to be addressed. There is an ant problem. Both bathrooms and the master had issues with ants. The inside does not get below 75 degrees at any given time. I think better blinds would help keep the sun out and help it feel cooler until the sun goes down. The verticals and blinds are old and don’t close totally. The sliding glass door is ancient and I was a little concerned that someone can easily open it from the outside. But it was spacious enough for my family of five and the neighborhood is quiet. We did not use the pool, patio, or anything in the yard so I can’t speak to any of that.
