Kitchen and all appliances, tile floors, living room furniture, dining area furniture flat screen TV, and paint were all part of renovation. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master and third bedroom have brand new Queen size beds. Condo features bayside and ocean side views from large balconies. Ocean side balcony is also accessible from the master bedroom. The 12th floor views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Bay are spectacular!

We do not allow pets. Smoking is prohibited in the unit or on balconies. We only rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25.
