This Listing is for the Downstairs floor of the home. Upstairs and Downstairs are separate Living Dwellings and only accessible from the outside front doors.
Backyard is fenced in, Great for keeping children and pets safe! Backyard can be accessible via downstairs backdoor in kitchen or the gate on fence.
The Private Boardwalk only available to the communities few residences-just a few minutes walk down the street a few houses to the boardwalk over the sand dunes to the beach. Or you can choose to Drive and use Beach Access 2 which is a 3 minute drive from the home, just make sure you get your vehicle permit for $12 at any local Stripes Gas station. We enjoyed our stay; host was very helpful and responded quickly with all questions. We loved the gated community and back yard since we took our dog. The property has a very nice pool as well. The place was very nice with tile flooring and plenty of room for the people we had with us. We will be booking again!
