Beautifully renovated historical home in the hottest location Nashville has to offer. The home has a private back yard with large two story decks and gas grill. A public dog park/playground is located just across the street. Perfect for the kiddos and dogs.

We provide hotel like amenities and house is stocked with all your basic needs as well as lots of extras including complimentary coffee. The house sleeps up to 12 guests.

Great home in a great location! We had plenty of room for 8 of us. Loved that it was a little less than 2 miles to walk downtown. I will book this place again!

What a beautiful home. Thank you for sharing it with us!! We needed somewhere to stay on our way to our daughter’s wedding in Destin, FL. This house in the heart of Nashville was the best place ever. Exactly as described. The pictures were current. The house was spotless. I will stay at this home again!!! Definitely one you want to book!

My family had a wonderful time, and plenty of room, while staying in this home. It was beautiful and comfortable. The host provided toiletries, Q-tips, cotton balls, Kleenex, plenty of tissue paper, cleaning supplies, including laundry detergent, coffee, ice, and plenty of towels...just to name some of the things we appreciated, but didn't expect. All of the extras do help with the cost of staying here. The host also left a suggestion for places to eat, shop and visit. So nice. We would definitely do it again. My only two concerns were the spiral stairs, which are not good for anyone with bad ankles or knees, and the early checkout, which is 10:00. Our flight wasn't until late afternoon, and since we didn't want to drag luggage around all day,, we spent the day at the airport. I tried to see if we could check out a little later, but no one would respond. That was frustrating!
