Villa Alta MIra is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful ocean views on one side and lush hillside views on the other creating a feeling of peace and privacy. With four bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, the villa offers two luxurious master suites with Jacuzzi tubs and private balconies. There is a third-floor media room with spectacular views. It includes an extra pull-out sofa bed and desk. A highlight of this villa is the expansive, outdoor living area that features a large infinity pool with ocean view, plenty of space for lounging, and covered terrace with dining table and built-in grill area.
You will enjoy your morning coffee to the sounds of singing birds and in the green season, the monkeys will lounge in the trees just off the terrace and you can always find a friendly iguana enjoying the sun. Daily housekeeping and fabulous homemade breakfasts are available for small additional fee.
We are located just minutes from many beautiful beaches and the quaint town of Playas Del Coco which offers American style grocery stores, wonderful restaurants and shopping. Just 30 minutes from Liberia International Airport, we are in the perfect jump off point to explore the natural beauty of Costa Rica like waterfalls and volcanoes, incredible wildlife and the adventure activities. Amazing house, location and service from staff! Will be recommending to family and friends. Pool is amazing, view is awesome and every room is comfortable and nice furniture. Coco beach has a lot of speed bumps. Golf cart may have been better option than car but personal choice.

This villa near Playa Hermosa was the perfect home base for our family’s 4-night stay in Guanacaste. The property is stunning, beautifully maintained, and the pool and views alone are worth it—we even spotted monkeys and parrots during our stay.Francisco (the concierge) and the housekeeping/cooking team were exceptional. Breakfast each morning was outstanding.While not in a gated community, the home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with evening security, and we always felt safe.The house was fully stocked with everything we needed—kitchen essentials, towels, beach gear, games, and toiletries. The only minor issue was a two-day internet outage, which was out of anyone’s control.It’s about a 10-minute drive to Playa Hermosa (great restaurants and a grocery store) and Playas del Coco (larger with more shops and dining), with easy access to other nearby beaches—definitely rent a car to explore.Overall, an excellent, memorable stay. We’d absolutely book with this management company again. Pura vida!

The house was exactly what you would want to stay at when traveling to Costa Rica, great views of the ocean, as well as the mountains. Was a perfect location to get to other cities when wanting to travel to the many other beautiful beaches.The house host was spot on with communication during the booking process, and Francisco who was the main contact for the complimentary concierge service, did an amazing job with providing us all the necessary tools we needed to navigate our stay, as well as helping book and organize our delay activities.Francisco is one of the best concierges we have ever experienced, and helped make our trip to Costa Rica a very memorable experience.

The villa was exactly as described: beautiful and super clean inside, great views, wonderful pool and outside area, excellent concierge service, close to shops/restaurants/beach. Was perfect for our family of 8.
