Villa Gemma is a contemporary design villa located on the hills above Lake Garda, approximately 8 km from Torri del Benaco and Garda. The location offers privacy, tranquillity and a splendid panoramic view of the lake and the mountains of Monte Baldo.
The property has private parking for 3-4 cars. From the parking area, a short driveway leads to the villa entrance.
Kitchen, living and dining area
The villa welcomes guests in a bright kitchen and dining room area, characterised by large floor-to-ceiling windows with a splendid view of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, dishwasher and everything needed to prepare lunches and dinners during your stay.
The internal dining area has a large table for 10 people, overlooking the terrace through the large windows. Outside, a second covered dining area is available, ideal for eating outdoors with a view of the pool.
The terrace is completed by a comfortable outdoor living area with sofas and armchairs and a gas barbecue, perfect for organising pleasant barbecues and spending summer evenings together.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Villa Gemma has 5 bedrooms, ideal for families and groups of friends.
Main floor – Master Suite
The Master Suite is located on the same floor as the kitchen and main terraces of the villa. It consists of a spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a small private sitting room.
The suite has a complete en suite bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
The suite is completed by a small private outdoor area, ideal for starting the day with an outdoor coffee and enjoying a moment of tranquillity.
Lower floor – sleeping area
From the living room, via a wide staircase, you reach the lower floor, where there are four additional bedrooms and the villa's living spaces.
Bedroom no. 2 is a double bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe, en suite bathroom with shower and a window overlooking the garden and Lake Garda.
Bedrooms no. 3 and no. 4 each have two single beds and a large wardrobe. Both are bright and overlook the garden. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a large shower.
Bedroom no. 5 is a spacious double suite with a large bed, a dedicated lounge area for relaxation and private bathroom. From the suite you have direct access to the garden in front of the house, where you can enjoy the cool of summer evenings.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests also have access to a laundry room with washing machine.
Living and entertainment
The lower floor features a spacious living room, ideal for relaxing during the hottest hours or on rainy days. Here guests can relax on comfortable sofas, use the bar or enjoy a game of billiards.
The living room has access to an external terrace, where you can spend time outdoors sheltered from the sun.
A second, more intimate and private lounge has a large sofa and satellite television, creating an ideal space for watching TV or spending some quiet time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Gemma. The property was amazing with absolutely stunning views of Lake Garda and mountains facing west. We did not wat to miss any sunsets. We even commented that the pictures online did not do the property justice.Our only complaints were- there were 3 scorpions in the house when we arrived. I don't have any experience with scorpions and my kid were scared to sleep.- why have a washing machine and not dryer?

Absolutely stunning position with panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Apartment is gorgeous - shame the pool isn’t heated, it was so cold we couldn’t use it. Electric gate at entrance was broken and tied up with string! No welcome pack to speak of and only 2 trowels for a 10 day stay. Just a few jiggles that could easily be remedied. Still the view made up for any short comings.

The property was spacious enough to allow all guests to find private places when they wanted alone time. It also provided options for indoor entertainment which was especially useful on the rainy days. The views of the lake and surrounding mountains were exceptional and was a favourite morning and evening activity to view the changing face of the mountain.
The only negative comment I'd make is that it would have been nice to have had some coffee and basics there when we arrived as it's a winding drive down to the nearest town where you can pick up supplies. That said, the villa did offer the option, for a fee, of buying in supplies prior to arrival.
