The property does not have a reception. No staff will be present at your arrival and therefore you will have access through the self check-in and the codes on the keypad.
You will receive the link to complete it five days before your arrival and it will need to be completed to access the apartment.

My wife and I were in town for a wedding. This apartment was perfect for the two of us and was in an amazing location. Close walking distance to many of the key sites. Right next to the tram for connection to/from the Florence airport and also right next to the Santa Maria rail station for easy connection to the rest of Italy. Amazing coffee and croissants right next door (in both directions!) Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. For anything else needed for our stay, there is a super market one street over. Property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with via email or WhatsApp. Would highly recommend!

Property is very well located convenient to central Florence. Has a good array of amenities including a nice shower, usable kitchen and washer and dryer (although dryer does not fully dry the clothes, need to use drying rack).
Missing some basic stuff. No bowls. Has futon in dining area that was very dirty. Hard to find address as it sits across from the square its listed on wedged between two stores.
All and all it was fine and no major issues.
