The apartment entirely renovated in 2020 is composed of a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. Fiber optic internet.

- Living room with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV
- Kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher...
- Dining table for 6 guests
Night space:
- Bedroom 1 : double bed 160 x 200 cm, cupboards, TV
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds 90 x 190 cm
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin, cupboards, washing machine
- WC

- You will be in the city center of Sable d'Or les Pins: restaurants, bakery
- Beach of La Grève du Minieu located at 200 m, sailing school at 150 m, Casino at 150 m
