Positioned on a secluded 1.5 acres, this home features a stunning backyard oasis where you will enjoy the pool, hot tub, chaise lounges, stainless propane grill, pool table, foosball table, a game of corn hole or ladder ball and the beautiful ambiance of the firepit under strings of glistening party lights providing the perfect ambience for your evenings you stay "in". HILLTOP OVERLOOK is perfect for large groups wanting to entertain and relax with friends and family by offering an open floor plan showcasing only high-end furnishings and luxury items selected by a local award-winning interior designer, with only comfort and luxury in mind. At NEST properties, you will not find locked closets, personal items in the bedrooms or homeowner's pictures on the walls—rest assured this is a full-time rental designed with only the most discerning short-term guests in mind.
As you enter the home you will be greeted with a wall of windows overlooking a private backyard featuring the pool and fire pit area. You will find an over-sized living room with several large seating areas, an over-sized dining area that seats 16ppl, a gourmet kitchen featuring Wolf appliances, a wine refrigerator, ice machine and more! Nestled in the back of the kitchen you will discover a lounge area that provides tranquility overlooking the pool. Also overlooking the pool, you will find a game room with a 70” TV, pool table, foosball table, fireplace, several seating areas and built in bar, making it the perfect area to gather with your friends and family. You will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the top floor. On the bottom floor you will find an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Very professionally managed. We had a group of 14 and this house was clearly built for larger groups. All the basics you need, good layout. Highly recommend.

Had 16 guys come for a bachelor party and the house was perfect for it. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and lots of activities for us to do, along with a great sleeping situation.
Also the hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

1) Great host communicator. Fast to respond to questions. Friendly.
2) Carpet is badly stained throughout the house. Was not comfortable being barefoot.
3) The house was not nearly clean enough. Found a strange white powder on closet shelves and dresser of one bedroom - yikes. Cobwebs and bugs in most floor corners. Recommend a deep, move-in clean. Standard housekeeping between check-ins is insufficient until this place is spruced up.
4) Yard debris was everywhere and the pool area was covered in leaves.
5) Spacious home. Plenty of room for four families.
6) Lots of dishes, towels, toiletries, and basic amenities. We appreciate that very much.
7) Yard workers showed up around 9 am on the day of check-out and started cleaning & using a blower around the pool. Two guests were startled by a man working outside their bedroom window. We would have appreciated him showing up after our 11 am check-out. What if we wanted to sit outside for the last bit of our trip?
8) We received a text reminder to move outdoor furniture back to its original placement. We had moved around some chairs and there were cameras outside, so we figured we were being watched/monitored.
8) Nice neighborhood. Felt very safe. Easy to grab an Uber to town.
