Welcome to this freshly renovated Smart home centrally located in the DFW area. This home is in the heart of the Arlington Entertainment district and is just one short mile away from the AT&T stadium, making it a perfect place for sports fans, concert-goers, and event attendees alike! There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, and full of updates throughout the space. Also, this home features stainless-steel appliances, including a washer and dryer. Pet Fee - $50
Lovely remodeled secondary space. Including a big back yard, Plenty of space to park.

HOST Rules
1. Absolutely no smoking.($500 Smoking Fee for violations)
2. No illicit drugs and/or drug use allowed on or inside the property. $500 Smoking Fee - If there is evidence that smoking or other drugs were in the property there will be a fine.
3. No parties or events.
4. I ask that you respect my neighbors’ privacy and monitor noise levels after 9pm.
5. Checkout by 10am.
6. While there is thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, I kindly ask you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper prior to leaving.
7. Report any accidents. I understand that accidents happen, but I ask that you please make me aware if/when they do.
8. Do not interfere with the other Unit's Guest. Keep back gate closed.
9. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET ON GAMES DAYS! (CARS WILL BE TOWED)
10. Pets are permitted under the following conditions;
1. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after pets, both in the yard and in the house (fur, etc.).
2. Pets must be safely kenneled when home alone.
3. Pets are strictly not permitted to be on any furniture.
4. At check out, if the property owner deems there is an excessive pet fur or evidence that the pets were on furniture, there will consequently be an additional service cleaning fee of $100.
5. $250 Pet Violation Fee - If there is evidence that a pet(s) were in the property with the pet fee being paid prior, there will be a $250 fee.

Great place when wanting to attend stadium events. 5 min is great. Bathroom is not ADA friendly, a little small but it has everything you need. The second bedroom gets warmer than other parts of the house. Overall, it is a great place.

Overall this stay was not terrible ! Cute little house. Nearby tons of things to do. Had a good amount of pots and pans. Laundry detergent was also placed out for our use which i found convenient. There was signs of mice. There was droppings in the cupboard which gave me the creepy crawlers. The neighbors were also pretty loud pretty late into the night. Which wouldn’t bother me however i had my two babies which was a bit bothersome to them and would wake them from their sleep. Also something to be aware of is the surrounding area there is lots of homeless and it’s just in a ran down location.
