Nice spacious, comfortable home. Beautiful marsh view. To be a top tier rental, it definitely needs maintenance. Some items needed to be repaired prior to renting: porch furniture, outside door to porch, ice maker. While the racoons are "charming", there needs to be a better system than putting a sandbag on the trash can to keep them out.

Very nice property, spacious, cleaned well, very functional, and great location (on the quieter side which we liked). A few minor irritations: the tub faucets in the master bath did not function; the dedicated ice maker in the kitchen island did not function; ice maker in refrigerator was lacking - had to purchase ice from marina; toilet handle in the bunk-room & seal did not function properly causing toilet to continually run at times; alarm system kept chiming as the front door continuously had an error code; you need to slam the dryer door to get the latch to close and operate; a floor vent was crush and could be a hazard. Nothing too serious that would prevent us from renting at 108 Davis Love Dr again. Just need maintenance to do a few fixes. On the lighter side, we had to fight some raccoons who loved our trash bins. How they continued to get inside them with heavy sand bags is a mystery. On check out day, I left the rear door to the Pilot open and my wife made a trip to the car only to find a raccoon in the back of the vehicle!
