Close to scuba diving, surfing, and more, this pet-friendly apartment brings it all within reach. Mountain Top Park is an easy 6-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 5-minute drive to Manuel Antonio Nature Park & Wildlife Refuge.

After you return, unwind in the hot tub or sip a drink in the garden, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

As you settle into this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a sofa bed, air conditioning, and a desk. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And because there's a washer and dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

This little house is all we needed to relax and enjoy a more urban part of Costa Rican vacations. Directions to the street are clear with Google but the house is a bit harder to find, just opposite signs for houses 6 and 7. Comfortable seating, movie entertainment, washing laundry here is luxury compared to other places we stayed. You really need a car here (2WD is fine), there are lots of hills and it is hot so much better to drive than walk. Roads are narrow and shared (buses, trucks, bikers, runners, walkers, cars). We went to the beach (Playa Biesanz) an 11 min drive. Must pay 2,000 colones to park on the street. Beach Tulemar is not accessible by road (condo property) only by boat. We went to the beach (right of Biesanz) by the foot path (wild but don't be afraid). We saw white faced monkeys on Biesanz. Town Quepos is a short drive away and has everything. The property is well maintained and we LOVED staying here. Recommend!
