Everything was clean and in a nice neighborhood. The instructions to enter the property were very clear. The only problem we had was exiting the gate to tour Mantua. The button to open the gate to walk onto the street is set back from the gate on the wall of the building. It took us a few minutes to figure it out since we’re not familiar with this system. Having three bedroom and two baths was amazing. The set back was having a laundry washer but no dryer. The host was communicative and clear. We had a wonderful experience. The apartment is close to the historic center with plenty of historic places to visit and delicious eateries.

This apartment is very clean and well equipped. It has plenty of hot water and the washer was a big plus for us. The location is very quiet and close to two bus stops. A reasonably priced, large parking garage and large super market are within easy walking distance. Massimo has been very easy to deal with from the initial reservation though check in and check out. I would definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers.

Place was new. Very clean and easy in a great location. Thought it was unusual that all guest were required to provide ID and then asked to leave euros for tax. That information would have be helpful if it was in the listing. Would stay there again

We were in Mantova for a concert that ended up being cancelled. We had no other plans during our stay, but we found plenty to do within walking distance of the property. The property itself is the nicest place we stayed at during our 4 city tour of Italy. Although the outside is somewhat industrial looking, the inside more than made up for it. It was spacious, clean and modern. It was definitely a bonus to have a second bathroom.
