Comprising Reception Hall, spacious Lounge/Dining/Kitchen with plenty of space for guests to relax, prepare a meal and to eat. The living area is furnished with stylish leather sofas and well-designed modern wooden furniture, there is an impressive 85 inch Smart TV with free WiFi available for guests. The dining area has a large glass dining table with seating for 6 extendable to 8 guests and the well-equipped kitchen area has a breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob with extractor hood and a double electric oven, a microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and a kettle. There is plenty of crockery, glass, cutlery and cookware available for guests who would like to cook in the apartment. There is access to the Al Fresco Balcony and the Terrace Balcony, The Master Bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a second Balcony, Master En-Suite with his and her double basin vanity unit, Huge shower and jacuzzi, a second Double Bedroom with fitted wardrobes, A third double bedroom and Shower Room. The Penthouse comes with free private parking space within a secure carpark and unrestricted on street parking.

This flat is in a great location, safe with beautiful views and lots of space. The only issue we had was the one pull out bed was not really usable, so sleeping eight adults would be difficult. Other than that, the property was as listed and perfect for what we needed.

We loved our stay at Richard’s apartment in Leith! It was exactly as listed, and even better when we got there and experienced the area. Communicating with Richard was easy and he was very responsive. The area is quiet, but with plenty of great restaurants, shopping and pubs. We would definitely stay again!

We had plenty of Space. The only thing is that they could have better mattrasses.

An average property, I often rent places in Edinburgh but this time I decided to pay a lot more to see if I could get something more special. To be honest, this place was over priced I’ve stayed in better places that were cheaper and yes, that was when the Fringe was on too.There were cracks in the en-suite floor tiles, that was probably from people falling off the excessively high toilet. I can only guess that the original owner was a basketball player?There were other niggles but I guess the one that got to me the most was the lack of pillow protectors under the pillow cases, my partner is a stickler for checking these things, we could see the dribbles of previous tenants on the pillow if we looked. Pillow protectors which get washed between guests would mitigate that.
