- All Seal Rocks properties use tank water, please limit water use (you are welcome to bring bottled water if you prefer)
- Septic tank in place (please do not flush anything other than toilet paper)
- If there is a power outage, the pumps do not work for the water tanks

The house was a bit tired despite its add as "newly renovated". It was dusty and needed a good clean in general. The kitchen, however, was lovely and provided all you would need for your stay. Wardrobes for clothing for upstairs bedrooms reeked of smoke as if from a fire and really need replacing. The front veranda was unfortunately no shelter from the constant rain. Downstairs is an uncompleted renovation in terms of the living area, but does have a nice bathroom. There was a lack of any homely features as well, no books, games, pamphlets and so on which would have been helpful for the wet weather we had. Jenny Ferrington.
