is a spacious and modern home that is perfect for a family getaway. With six bedrooms and eight comfortable beds, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Plus, pets are welcome to join in on the fun!
The home is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including three GB WiFi to keep you connected. The decor is stylish and modern, making you feel right at home.
Located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, this home is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Nearby. And for those who love the outdoors, there are plenty of parks and nature trails to discover.

1. No shoes to be worn inside the home.
2. No Parties or Events. There is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
3. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. - 7 a.m.
4. No smoking on the property, including outside. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $ 500 fine.
5. Respect neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially during quiet hours.
6. Only registered guests are allowed; A surcharge of $200 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests.
7. Pet fees are $50 per pet, per night, and must be paid immediately after the reservation is confirmed. A payment request will be sent out. If you have a second pet, an additional fee will apply and will be billed to you separately.
8. Illegal substances and activities are strictly prohibited.

10. Limited starter supplies are provided; plan accordingly for longer stays.
11. One bath towel per guest provided; plan ahead for additional towels.
12. Leave the home as you found it; a minimum $500 fee for additional cleaning.
13. Garbage and recycling disposal in the garage.
14. No unplugging of electronics like TVs, wifi, cameras.
15. There is a $500 security deposit held on your card for incidental damages such as smoking or any damage to property, or late checkouts
16. Guests must accurately book for the number of individuals staying at the property. There`s a charge additional fee per guest per night for each guest beyond the initial 4 guests.
17. Late check-out fee $50 per hr. for each hr late.

This is the second time we have stayed in this house. It was perfect as for us as a large group visiting Kitchener to play in the KW Oldtimers hockey tournament. Mike and Sara were very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. The house is well taken care of, the beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with the basics we needed for the weekend. (shower towels, tea towels, sugar, coffee, paper towels and toilet paper, dishwasher tabs) There is a nice open concept kitchen dining/living room that accommodated our group of 12 well. We had everything we needed for cooking breakfast (adequate dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery & frying pans etc). We were out for lunch and brought in food at dinner b/c of the hockey schedule. I'm sure if we are back in Kitchener we will stay here again! We did need an extra parking space b/c of our large group but it was easy to go online to the City of Kitchener website to request a "parking exemption" for overnight street parking. 5 colleagues from across the US were in town to visit HQ. Booked this house and it was perfect in all aspects. Liked it because the house and property were great and all 5 had their own queen bed. Would definitely book this again
