While the layout, cleanliness, location and features were amazing, the HVAC was so loud it caused both bedrooms to vibrate. Deep, loud rumbling made sleep extremely difficult.

Great view but only one chair on balcony - no table. The outlets in both bathrooms did not work. We had to switch rooms after no maintenance came. JZ management did a great job of communicating to resolve the issues. Would recommend the condo and the area.

This property uses a 3rd party for their payments and identity verification. I think almost every day for 30 days I got a notification that my stay was at risk for cancelling because I had not completed the identify verification and card verification through the platform (which I had). This was a technology issue on their end - however instead of doing anything about it they kept asking me to reverify. I think it did it 10 times. Finally they had me manually verify which felt sketchy and unsafe (emailing my ID to them) but I was so tired of dealing with this with them. Their support team was very sweet and kind but I think they should have come up with a better solution and made this easier for us.
