Dolly's Hideout is the perfect getaway where relaxation meets adventure. Located just 1 mile from the excitement of the Parkway and less than 15 minutes from Dollywood, this beautifully appointed condo offers a blend of comfort and luxury. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or groups looking to create lasting memories.



Enjoy the community amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub available year-round. The outdoor pool and lazy river have officially opened for the summer! Dip your toes while you enjoy the mountain air. The covered patio provides a serene space to unwind after a day of exploring.

Please take note that there is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check-in for any reservations between 22 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check-in for any reservations over 6 months.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the condo and private patio deck. You will have shared access to the pools and hot tubs!

Getting Around:

Please watch for wildlife on your way to our home. For the area, we recommend having an AWD vehicle during the winter months. However, getting from our home to the tourist sites in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg is fairly easy as these routes are on main roads. Please note, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.

- Check-In: We provide a unique, custom door code for each stay for secure and easy keyless entry.

- Guest Verification: All guests are required to complete an additional guest verification process after booking, which includes signing a liability agreement.

- Local Bookings: We typically do not host local residents. We may inquire about the purpose of your stay and reserve the right to decline bookings.

- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for longer stays and is charged separately before check-in. The deposit is $500 for reservations between 22 days and 6 months, and $1,000 for reservations over 6 months.

- Child-Friendly Rentals: If you need a pack and play or high chair, please inquire for a unique link to rent these items.

- 24/7 Support: Our team is available around the clock to help with any questions or personalized requests.
