I rented this unit just for sleeping and working near a relative's home. It has all the basics, including fast internet, lots of outlets, a decent kitchen, and natural light. It was quiet and safe, and the owner was cordial and a good communicator. It looks exactly like the photos, except the beige wall panels are windows that open.

Wonderful place. It is a guest home behind a house but fulfilled my needs. Thanks again.
