Friendly and helpful staff, especially Ellen. Debbie is very accommodating and involved in the daily running of the facility. I will definitely stay there again.

Large 2-BR, 2 BA apt. Very limited kitchenware (& no hand towels or pot holders). ONLY the showers have hot water connected, so washing dishes has to be done in cold water. Only the 2 BR have AC, but for our Feb 6-16 stay the rest of the house did not get too hot. Cable TV has limited channels (e.g. no ESPN)

The staff at La Heliconia were very helpful. We stayed right off the pool pretty view. The sofa beds could use some updating (not very comfortable). Syreeta and the rest of the staff were very friendly.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom/full kitchen unit overlooking the lovely pool.
Check in and out was quick and easy and the staff is very friendly.
The unit was clean and spacious.
If you're planning to cook in the unit, you will need to buy paper plates, cups, paper towels, etc. as the kitchen is furnished with only a few basic supplies/utensils.
Overall, a great little affordable place. Will definitely stay again.
