The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, even beach toys and a wagon to pull the toys to the beach. The location was perfect, with a very short walk to the beach. The pool was nice as well. We had a great trip and communication from the host was great!

The condo itself was as described. Nice but quaint. There was little room for our family of 4 to spread out; we had no plans to be indoors much because we intended to be at the beach or the pool so this wasn’t initially bothersome. A few things need updating (coffee pot, “beach” wagon). We had trouble getting the dryer to work correctly. Inside was clean enough, porch was not.
Our intended 7 night stay was unfortunately cut short by Hurricane Debby. We chose to leave after only 1 day there for our safety as record setting rain, risk for flooding, high winds, tornadoes, etc were forecasted. We did not have a positive experience with the host of the unit in regard to our concerns about the storm or financial reimbursement for the missed vacation. Would highly encourage that future renters purchase trip insurance when renting this unit or from this host.
