Silverberry Acres

Escape to Silverberry Acres, a beautiful home tucked into a peaceful wooded setting just 2 miles from downtown Saugatuck. This serene retreat offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, with easy access to charming shops, restaurants, galleries, live theater, and the stunning beaches of Lake Michigan, including Oval Beach and Saugatuck Dunes State Park, both less than a 10-minute drive away.

The outdoor space is a true highlight of this home. Step onto the expansive deck and sink into one of the comfortable patio chairs while sipping your morning coffee. A picnic table invites relaxed outdoor meals, where the fresh woodland air enhances every bite. Fire up the grill just off the deck to cook a backyard feast for family or friends. After a long day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub as the warm jets soothe your muscles and the stars twinkle overhead. A short path through the woods leads to a secluded fire pit, perfect for gathering under the night sky to toast s'mores or share stories around the glowing flames. The large property provides plenty of room for yard games, wandering through the trees, or simply soaking in the serene surroundings.

The main level of the home is designed for connection and comfort. A bright, open living area flows seamlessly into a casual dining space with sliding doors leading to the deck, while the formal dining room features a large farmhouse table ideal for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and every tool needed for a feast, makes cooking a joy. A cozy den with twin beds and a convenient half bath offers flexible space for sleeping or quiet retreats.

Upstairs, four inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide plenty of private space for everyone, along with a laundry room for added convenience. The master suite is a true sanctuary, with a soaking tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, and private toilet room, offering the ultimate spot to unwind after a day of adventuring.

The lower level expands the home's living space with a second living area, a game table, a sofa sleeper, and a TV, perfect for movie nights, game nights, or extra sleeping space for guests. This area provides a relaxed spot for entertainment or lounging away from the main gathering areas.

Silverberry Acres is designed to make every moment unforgettable. From the peaceful woodland setting and vibrant outdoor spaces to the hot tub and grill on the deck, the secluded fire pit in the woods, and the proximity to beaches and downtown attractions, this home is ideal for large families, groups of friends, or anyone seeking a luxurious, nature-filled escape just minutes from the heart of Saugatuck.
