If you want a relaxing pastoral setting, then this is your place. Amber and her family were welcoming, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. Get a true feeling for living in the Netherlands and be close enough to enjoy the Keukenhof Gardens, Leiden, and so much more. Bicycles are provided if you want the join in with the Dutch cyclist. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks!

The chalet was clean and comfortable with all required amenities. There was plenty of seating outside in both the shade and the sun and it’s own tucked away car parking space. There was a washing machine, bikes, kayak and table tennis available on site which was quiet and tucked away over a little bridge from the village road. The village itself was beautiful with a canal running through it, two restaurants (need to book at the weekend) and a bus into Leiden. It was an easy drive from Amsterdam or from the ferry terminal at Hoek van Holland. Amber was great and on hand if needed. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend both the local area and the accommodation.

Nice, clean and well equipped appartment, beautiful landscape with canals, windmills, sheeps, horses, birds, etc. We were allowed to use the bicycles, trampoline and kayaks which was great for us. Rijpwetering is also a good starting point for sightseeing tours and trips to the sea. Last but not least Amber was very friendly and we could reach her everytime - thanks for the great time!
