Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Shared grounds. Private parking. No smoking.. Situated in the heart of Herefordshire, this comfortable holiday barn is beautifully furnished and is set close to the owners home. Ideally situated for sightseeing. Towns of Ludlow, home of good food, Leominster, home of antiques and Tenbury Wells, renowned for its history of mistletoe and Art Deco Cinema plus variety of small independent traders. All three are within a 20 minutes drive. A variety of National Trust properties within 30 minutes drive. Countryside walks in abundance. The Clee and The Stretton Hills are within 40 minutes drive of us. Black and white village Trail. Golf courses nearby. Local cinema, 15 minutes. Shops 4 miles, local pub 1½ miles.

A lovely cottage in a great part of the country.Cottage was very clean. It was one of the best equipped ones we have stayed in. It was very spacious. well furnished and comfortable.Loved the bird feeders and the garden space would be great in the Summer.A very quiet location.

Thank you to Pam and Howard for a fantastic stay at the cottage Everything was perfect - so welcoming and relaxing. The kids jad a great time outside and on the swing in the field, and loved watching the cows.Cottage was spacious, clean and homey- we would definitely come again!
