Amazing Bayview

Peak Season: Friday to Friday, required by the association.
Off Peak: 2-night minimum - only one rental per week, required by the association

Perched “on the hill” in Saugatuck's coveted Bayview Association, Amazing Bayview offers a stay that feels both elevated and effortlessly connected. From this quiet hilltop perch, you'll enjoy sweeping views of the harbor below while being just a short walk from everything that makes Saugatuck so special.

Start your day with coffee on the patio or the primary bedroom balcony, watching boats drift through the harbor below. Afternoons might find you strolling into town for shopping, lunch, live theater, or a walk along the boardwalk—just an easy downhill walk into the heart of it all. No need to worry about finding a parking spot downtown. By evening, return to the calm of the hill, where the lights shimmer on the water and festival fireworks can be enjoyed right from home.

Inside, the condo is spacious, bright, and inviting, with an open main level designed for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy, whether you're preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying a relaxed dinner together. With multiple dining areas and a comfortable living space, there's room for everyone to spread out while still feeling connected—perfect for unwinding after a full day exploring town.

The sleeping spaces offer flexibility for families and groups. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, private bath, and its own balcony overlooking the harbor. A second bedroom with two full beds and an additional full bath is ideal for guests or kids, while the loft-style third bedroom with two twin beds adds extra space for larger groups. It's a layout that works beautifully for family vacations, girls' weekends, and multi-generational stays.

Just steps from the condo, the association pool provides a refreshing place to relax—float in the sunshine, read from a lounge chair, or let the kids splash while you take in the peaceful surroundings. When Lake Michigan calls, both Oval Beach and Douglas Beach are only minutes away by car.

Guests return to Amazing Bayview year after year for one simple reason: it delivers what's hardest to find—a quiet, scenic retreat with unbeatable walkability. Whether you're here for tulips in the spring, summer beach days, fall color, or festive winter weekends, this is a place where Saugatuck unfolds right outside your door.
