This 40 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Bed linen and towels are not provided: please bring your own or request them from the host, available for an extra fee. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. A coffee maker and kettle are also at your disposal.

This holiday home offers a private outdoor space with a garden and terrace. The property has private access leading directly to the beach, with keys to open and close the gates. A parking space is available on the property less than 10 meters away, as well as a bike storage area within the private grounds.



Pets, smoking, commercial filming, and events are not permitted. Guests are asked to observe quiet hours during their stay (no noise from midnight to 8 a.m.). End-of-stay cleaning must be done by guests before departure. Basic products (salt, pepper, oil) are not included; please bring your own. A new roll of toilet paper is provided upon arrival. Air conditioning is not available.
