This is a beautiful updated property. Easy walk to beach. The beds were super compfortable. You will need chairs for the beach or order(beach hut) to have them set up for you at a charge but worth the service. The trash days were incorrect they picked up on Monday morning and Thursday morning so make sure you take out the night before. Having the golf cart and the amenities card are a must and do come with the property. A very nice upgrade. We recommend Ocean Point Bar & Grille for breakfast will not be disappointed. These are places I would recommend for dinner Local Raw Bar, Morgan River Grill on Dawtaw Island, and Seaside Bar & Grill probably had the best blackened ribeye I have ever eaten and gorgonzola alfredo steak pasta I have ever had. The island has lots to offer for young and old with deer everywhere what a great place. I cant wait to come back and stay in this unit again. What a view!

Have stayed in 102 several times and love it ! Perfect location and now it comes with a golf cart and amenity cards is even better !
