One Block to Pacific Beach & Pier, shops, restaurants, lounges, yoga and gym! Chefs Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances & breakfast bar, Primary Bedroom w/private balcony, bathroom with double sinks, tall ceilings & large closet, 2nd Bedroom has tall ceilings, large closet & private balcony, 3rd bedroom with a large closet. The large hallway bathroom has a double sink vanity and oversized mirror plus there is a 3rd bathroom on the 1st floor. The Private yard has BBQ & siting area! FREE laundry machines in unit, wood burning fireplace, TVs in all rooms, beach amenities, surfboard, beach chairs, towels, etc., onsite Spacious Garage w/fee, highchair/play crib, pet friendly, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. Loaded w/amenities & great for remote workers & learners too w/high-speed Wi-Fi! Relax, unwind and enjoy the BEACH LIFE!
