Great location, away from the crowds. Beautiful condominium complex! Nice pool area, clean. Really good parking, easy loading and unloading the car. Great neighborhood. The layout of the condo is really nice, plenty of space and the balcony has a fabulous view of the beach. Seating area in living room is ok, comfortable chairs would have been nicer. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were supplied. As for amenities the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and plenty of dishes and a big refrigerator, 2 kinds of coffee makers, electric stove and a convection oven etc. Do plan to bring your own garbage bags, paper products and detergent as they only supplied 1 of each. I know they stated this, but we flew in and forgot to pack it. You'll need to bring your own spices and plastic wrap, foil or baggies. Walmart is nearby but whatever you buy and don't use you need to fly back home with because they have strict rules about leaving nothing behind. The washer dryer combo is handy but only 1 packet of detergent was supplied so bring your own. The biggest difference between booking with a leasing company and a private owner is, the private owner is more on top of problems that might arise. Owners care more about reviews. That being said, our complaints about a clogged toilet in the master bathroom went unresolved, therefore 4 stars. In all I would still recommend and still return.

Overall l, everything was great. I only wish they would consider providing more than “starter” kit for the unit. Seems like one trash bag per day and more than one load of washer and dishwasher soap would be appropriate. Especially when they ask you to run the dishwasher when you leave. I am not asking for extensive supplies but taking in to account the number of days booked would be nice. Lastly, why no beach towels, chairs, or toys? More money spent to enjoy the beach. Oh, and to rent the chairs is absolutely ridiculous (61) per day. So, expect to try and find a “cheap” chair you can’t take back with you.

When we first arrived our unit was not cleaned at all, We had to wait 2 hours for 3 cleaning people to clean it. It took multiple emails to have someone call me back. After 5 days I finally received a call to let me know they were making it right by what happened. The unit was beautiful and the location was close to everything. Great place to stay
