Gold Hill is a small city situated along the scenic Rogue River, approximately 10 miles north of Medford, in Southern Oregon.

You will have access to the entire cottage and back deck with private hot tub. There is a single lane driveway that can accommodate 2 cars.

This charming cottage features an open-concept living area, combining a spacious living room, dining room, and a well-appointed kitchen complete with a large gas stove. The kitchen comes fully equipped, and there is also a cozy wood-burning stove for added warmth and ambiance. Stay entertained with a flat-screen TV and enjoy seamless connectivity with high-speed internet.
For a peaceful night's sleep, there are two bedrooms furnished with queen-size beds. The master bedroom conveniently adjoins the bathroom, which includes a washer/dryer and a single stall shower.
Step outside and be captivated by the stunning river views from the back of the cottage. Through the sliding glass doors, you'll find a lovely patio area with comfortable seating. As a delightful bonus, just around the corner awaits a luxurious hot tub, inviting you to unwind and relax after a long day.

We allow 2 dogs max and charge $25 per pet. No Cats.
This home has a house next door. There are not any shared spaces and although there is a short fence separating the lots, you might see other guests from time to time.

There is river access at this property. Please note it is a bit of a steep pathway leading down to the riverbank.
