Welcome to this beautiful, step-free entrance, townhouse located in the serene and amenity packed Pointe Royale Resort. This comfortable townhouse, features a spacious layout that has been designed to ensure a wonderful vacation for all guests.
As you step inside, you will be greeted by a cozy and inviting main floor living area that is perfect for lounging and spending quality time with family and friends. The living area boasts a large sectional sofa and electric fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance for conversation or family movie night. The well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze.
This townhouse features three comfortable bedrooms, where you can unwind and recharge for the next day's adventure. Our comfortable and inviting bedrooms have been designed with your ultimate comfort in mind. The main floor master bedroom features a walk-in shower, providing an additional level of convenience and accessibility. Two spacious queen bedrooms located upstairs, each with its own private access to a deck, where you can relax and cuddle up with your favorite book. Full size, memory foam, trifold mattress is provided for extra sleeping space for guests.
Escape to one of the two outdoor spaces to enjoy the fresh air or dine al fresco.
Guests of this townhouse have access to all of the gated Pointe Royale community amenities. Enjoy golf (additional fees), tennis/pickle ball, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, 2 outdoor seasonal pools, hot tub (adult only), 2 playgrounds, dog park, amazing fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more.
Golf Stay & Play deal! We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer this to our guests. Here’s what you need to know:
$60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play.
Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.

This property was wonderful! It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for my in-laws with limited mobility. They had everything they needed on the first level. We appreciated all the "starters" that the host left for us. The location was also perfect - everywhere we went was within about 20 minutes. We would definitely look at Lake Life Properties for future trips.

Beautiful property. Clean and very nicely decorated and furnished! Everything you could ask for and way more! Very beautiful area! Host was very accommodating and helpful! Everything was on point if not better!

Beautiful, comfortable townhouse in a fabulous gated resort. Loved the walking paths, pickle ball courts, pool, gym. The home was well stocked and conveniently located to everything in Branson. The only negative was when it got very hot outside the upper level for super warm despite running the fans. My kids didn't seem to mind though.

The condo was the perfect location for our family and we enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. We definitely will be back to stay here.
