Welcome to this Newly renovated craftsman-style Smart home centrally located in the DFW area. This home is in the heart of the Arlington Entertainment district and is just one short mile away from the AT&T stadium, making it a perfect place for sports fans, concert-goers, and event attendees alike! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open concept kitchen/living/dining space featuring stainless-steel GE appliances, including a washer and dryer. Walk straight to the AT&T Stadium.
This is a great house inside and out. Centrally located in DFW and in the heart of the Arlington Entertainment District. Enjoy lots of natural light and a short walk to the AT&T Stadium! This smart home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large open concept kitchen/living/dining area. The house also has stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer. It is the perfect house for family or friends to gather together!

Welcome and thank you for choosing to stay at 307 E Rogers St. in Arlington, Texas! I am excited you have chosen to stay in my home and hope you enjoy your time here. As a welcomed guest, please respect several house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for yourself and future guests.
General Rules:
1. Absolutely no smoking inside. (With Evidence of smoking inside there will be a ($200) Smoking Charge fee.
2. No illicit drugs and/or drug use allowed on or inside the property
3. Pets allow for additional ($35) pet fee
4. No parties or events.
5. I ask that you respect my neighbor’s privacy and monitor noise levels after 9pm.
6. Checkout by 10am.
7. While I do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, I kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper.
8. I understand that accidents happen but please make me aware if/when they do.
HOST Rules
1. Absolutely no smoking. ($500 Smoking Fee for violations)
2. No illicit drugs and/or drug use allowed on or inside the property. $500 Smoking Fee - If there is evidence that smoking or other drugs were in the property there will be a fine.
3. No parties or events.
4. I ask that you respect my neighbors’ privacy and monitor noise levels after 9pm.
5. Checkout by 10am.
6. While there is thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, I kindly ask you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper prior to leaving.
7. Report any accidents. I understand that accidents happen, but I ask that you please make me aware if/when they do.
8. Do not interfere with the other Unit's Guest. Keep back gate closed.
9. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET ON GAMES DAYS! (CARS WILL BE TOWED)
10. Pets are permitted under the following conditions;
1. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after pets, both in the yard and in the house (fur, etc.).
2. Pets must be safely kenneled when home alone.
3. Pets are strictly not permitted to be on any furniture.
4. At check out, if the property owner deems there is an excessive pet fur or evidence that the pets were on furniture, there will consequently be an additional service cleaning fee of $100.
5. $250 Pet Violation Fee - If there is evidence that a pet(s) were in the property with the pet fee being paid prior, there will be a $250 fee.

Nice place’ host was helpful and responsive. Dining area accommodated our family of 6 adults perfectly. The couch setup was great for watching a movie. The backyard putting area was fun for a little family competition.

My family and I stayed at this VBRO house for two nights, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was even bigger than I expected—plenty of space to relax, spread out, and truly enjoy the stay. Every room was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully arranged. The hosts were excellent communicators from start to finish, checking in at just the right times and providing clear, helpful instructions for everything from check-in to checkout. They even included little extra touches that made the stay feel more personal and welcoming. Everything went smoothly, from booking to departure, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house is in an older neighborhood close to a semi sketchy convenience store. While it wasn’t scary, it was somewhat sketchy. The house has been updated and was mostly clean. The floors had an oily substance on them in a few spots that were rather slick and dangerous. The outdoor putt putt that’s offered was covered in leaves and in need of the equipment to be updated. It wasn’t awful but it wasn’t a 5 star stay either. Very close to the AT&T Stadium which was what we needed
