Welcome to The Beach House, a beautiful beachfront villa with a private pool located on the stunning Orihuela Costa. Just one minute walk to the beach, this stylish single-level villa offers the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and relaxed Mediterranean living. Ideal for families, couples, and groups, the villa sits on a large 1,000 m² private plot with plenty of space to relax, entertain, and enjoy the sea views.

• 1 additional full bathroom
• 1 guest WC
The bright open-plan living and dining area has high ceilings and large glass doors that open directly onto the terrace, creating a perfect indoor-outdoor living space.

Villa was absolutely stunning, everything you could ever need. We stayed as 4 couples and was perfect. Communication was great, check-in process very simple and straightforward. We were offered a slightly later check-out as we were ending our holiday in Alicante for a few days. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa with 6 adults and 2 children (aged 4 and 1). It truly has every amenity you could possibly need, and more. The pool was much bigger than the photos suggest and was simply amazing — we spent hours enjoying it, and the kids loved all the inflatables and games provided. The location is perfect too: close to the beach and within easy walking distance of plenty of bars and restaurants.Communication with Zoe, the owner/manager, was excellent throughout, and we really appreciated the lovely welcome basket of drinks and snacks on arrival. The villa is packed with thoughtful extras, from pool toys to a Bluetooth speaker for music by the pool or in the evenings.The kitchen was brilliant for preparing meals, with a huge fridge freezer that even had filtered water and ice, plus a big BBQ for outdoor dining. The bedrooms were spotless with comfy beds, and the bathrooms were modern, clean, and fresh. In fact, the whole place felt new, beautifully designed, and immaculately maintained.We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday villa — perfect for both adults and little ones. Highly recommended!

Just fabulous! What a treat this villa is. The space, facilities, standard of accommodation and the pool are just fantastic. We loved every moment of our stay and didn't want to leave. Communication throughout our stay was excellent - as was check in and out. Would whole heartedly recommend - we loved it so much we're planning to return!
