The property was very clean and the hosts were very attentive to make sure our stay was enjoyable . The location is prime with just a few minute walk on level ground to the beach. There is one main to cross with a crosswalk, but it was not an issue since cars stop to let you cross. The house had all the beach amenities with a wagon, chairs, and basic beach towels. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was stocked with enough utensils for our needs. The house is walkable to the restaurants in downtown. Overall, the location and cleanliness made our vacation enjoyable.

Everything was good. There are some repairs and TLC needed - weeds everywhere, front door screen broke, dishwasher top shelf broke, dryer needs more ventilation as it took 2 plus hrs to dry a load if towels. Overall tho - it fulfilled our need.
