In town to visit family and this was a great location. Near grocery and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. We were able to sit in the backyard and enjoy the sunshine, though it was too chilly to swim.

What a wonderful place to stay in Simi Valley. The house was just as described and provided sucha. great little haven for us to rest up between our outings in the area. The patio area, with all of its seating, provided the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee, read our Bibles, and just relax. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities and items that one might need. The host was on top of everything, communicating at record speed, and keeping us aprised of everything. 15 of 10 and would stay here again in a heart beat.
