Set in scenic Beaver Valley near the mountain community of Plain, this welcoming farmhouse offers plenty of room to relax with family, friends, and the dogs. Surrounded by pines and mountain scenery, the home combines a peaceful country setting with easy access to Lake Wenatchee, Leavenworth, Stevens Pass, and year-round recreation.
With 1,800 square feet of living space, two private bedrooms, an additional open queen sleeping nook, two full bathrooms, and room for up to six guests, there is plenty of space to settle in and enjoy your time together.
Outside, enjoy the large, flat grassy yard, spacious back deck, private year-round hot tub, propane grill, and propane firepit. Whether you're starting the morning with coffee outside or ending an adventure-filled day with a soak under the stars, Farmhouse gives you plenty of ways to enjoy the mountain setting.
LIVING SPACE
The open-concept great room features cathedral ceilings, knotty pine accents, comfortable seating, and plenty of natural light. A smart TV with streaming capabilities and DVD player makes it easy to settle in for a relaxing evening.
Upstairs, an additional open loft provides another gathering space for games, reading, or conversation.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric range, dishwasher, microwave, and ample space for preparing meals.
The adjacent dining table seats six, with French doors opening onto the spacious back deck. Enjoy meals around the table or take dinner outside when the weather cooperates.
SLEEPING AREAS
Farmhouse comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two private bedrooms and an additional open sleeping nook.

• Open sleeping nook with queen bed
The upper-level sleeping nook is open to the surrounding loft area rather than enclosed as a private bedroom.

WINTER ACCESS
Winter mountain conditions can change quickly. Guests traveling during periods of snow and ice should arrive prepared with a 4WD/AWD vehicle and traction tires. Carrying chains is also recommended.
We do our best to keep the driveway plowed and sanded. However, conditions can change between service visits, and we cannot guarantee driveway or county road conditions at the time of arrival. Snow removal is also dependent upon contractor and Chelan County plowing schedules.
Please plan ahead and come prepared for winter mountain travel.

We had a great relaxing weekend! The farm house was clean and well stocked, check in and check out was simple. One thing I was not expecting was the smell in the house, it had a paint or primer smell due to some renovations done in a few spot throughout the house. But overall it was a great stay with nice views and great location. The hot tub was amazing and well maintained.

What a beautiful and peaceful stay at The Farmhouse in Plains! We felt so at home here. The setting is serene and just the right distance from both Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee — close enough for adventures, yet tucked away enough to fully relax and enjoy nature.Our group included three generations — myself, my son and daughter-in-law, their sweet 3-month-old baby, my niece, and the family dog — and this space truly had something for everyone. We made wonderful memories here: quiet mornings with coffee on the porch, afternoon walks, and cozy evenings together. The house is not only well-equipped and clean, but filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and memorable.Thank you for creating such a welcoming space for families to reconnect and recharge. We hope to return!

It was my mother’s 74th birthday and she’s always wanted to come up and see the area. We lived in Germany for 5 years and she had always said since she can’t go back, maybe we can go see Leavenworth. Went and spent the afternoon at Lake Wenatchee and enjoyed the clear night sky each night. The house was big, comfy and all is said it was! Thank you for the prompt responses on questions we had. Great place for a family!
