The Old Dairy is tailored to families of up to 6 wanting to spend quality time together in rural Nottinghamshire.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Underfloor air source central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Lawned garden with courtyard. Shared patio and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. 1 small dog welcome. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Set on the owner’s farm, these beautifully renovated, semi-detached barns are ideal for holidaymakers that want to explore the area, as well as for more leisurely breaks with your feet up and the TV on. Surrounded by open countryside yet only a short drive to the A1, the properties are situated in a peaceful location, but still have easy access to nearby attractions such as Newark, which is famous for its International Antiques Fairs and showground. Lincoln is home to the New Magna Carta Centre as well as a stunning cathedral and castle, just 17 miles away, which is around a 30-minute drive. Fishing is available in the nearby River Trent and one of the local fishing lakes. Good walks and cycle routes (bike storage available) pass by the front door, and with the local pub just 1 mile, you can enjoy a pleasant meal and a drink in the evenings, before strolling back home. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
The Parlour (UKC377) and The Old Dairy (UKC378) can be booked together to accommodate up to 10 guests.

The property is situated on a working farm, we were shown around the farm and the children were able to get real close to the cows, horses ask questions.
The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for a stay whether short or long.
