In a peaceful location yet within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast this barn conversion makes for a perfect base for your holiday in Dorset.. All on the Ground Floor:

Dining area.
Kitchen area: Gas Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath, Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Situated in a wonderful location, just outside the small village of Thorncombe in West Dorset, near the Somerset border, this single-storey, detached barn conversion offers a great opportunity to get away from it all. There are many attractions to enjoy right on the doorstep, with the historic and famous Forde Abbey and Gardens, Broadwindsor Craft Centre and some delightful Dorset villages. Within easy driving you will find Lyme Regis on the famous World Heritage Jurassic Coast, where you can enjoy soaking up the sun on the sandy beach, or simply pass the time away walking along this stunning stretch of coastline. Maybe try boating, fishing, crabbing or even some fossil hunting on the shore. Inland, for some fun all the family can enjoy, the Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm Museum never ceases to thrill, or for lovers of classic cars, travel towards the Haynes Motor Museum. For the outdoor enthusiasts, there are some fantastic local walks available, with three national recreational footpaths on the doorstep of The Old Dairy. There is so much to take in, but when you return, you can unwind and enjoy a barbecue in the garden and take in the beautiful countryside views. Beach 11 miles. A lovely, well kept holiday property in an ideal location. It was our first holiday with our dog, so the large, enclosed garden and country walks right on the doorstep were perfect. Many attractions just a short drive away including the charming seaside town of Lyme Regis.
