Enjoyed our stay in salt lake city . The house was spacious and well equipped loved the back yard and hot tub .

Hot tub was overly chlorinated like painful to the eyes and skin.

The house was clean and useful as was the location. Nice neighborhood as well. The checkin instructions/code to enter was incorrect and we were not able to get a hold of the host until after 11pm. We were first at the property at 5pm. No washrags in the house. Initial communication was poor. Once communication was initialed by the host, communication was better. Taking over 5 hours to gain access was terrible. The owner offered a $25 discount which was insufficient and to honest, an insult to the circumstances created by the owner/manager.
