Great place to stay. Condo was very nice. Check-in was seamless. The only issue was that only one elevator was working when we had to check out. It took 30-40 minutes to get an elevator down.

It was a great condo for a family. It had beautiful views, very spacious and clean! I Didn’t like the wrist bands too big for wrist, only 2 elevators for 18 floors so a lot of waiting for elevators, and need more parking passes at least 3. Otherwise would stay again!

The condo was great! Clean and well stocked. Only a few issues. The two chairs on the front balcony were very rusted and dangerous to sit in. We wished we would have had a few extra towels for each bathroom. The kitchen needs a good coffee maker. The one furnished didn’t have a hot plate and the pot of coffee would get cold. We did have an issue with both elevators going down for a day and climbing 8 floors was a challenge. But overall our stay was great.

The condo itself was spacious and nicely furnished, but the experience was seriously impacted by cleanliness issues. Every water fixture — including shower heads and faucets — had noticeable mildew. My wife and kids were extremely uncomfortable. We contacted the management company and later the property manager, but no one ever came to address the issue. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies and scrubbing everything ourselves — not what you expect when paying premium rates for a beachfront rental. This place has potential, but the lack of maintenance and poor response from management made for a disappointing stay.
