The place is beautiful and very, very clean. We had so much space. My 13 year old daughter loved the room she stayed in and having her own bathroom. Our dog quickly learned where the basket of toys was. The location was very close to the boardwalk and in town there were a lot of good restaurants.Bill made it easy to communicate with and gave immediate responses to any questions we had.We will definitely stay here again!

If you want to stay in a house that has everything you want or need for your stay this is the place!! The hosts have thought of everything!! All you need are your clothes and food!! We had the most enjoyable weekend and it all started with communication with Bill. It was so much better than a hotel and this was my 1st experience renting. It’s no wonder they received excellent reviews. They are well deserved!!

This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Ocean Pines. It’s a very well appointed, clean, and beautiful space. Communication with Bill was easy and prompt. We’d happily return!

We had a lovely weekend in Berlin visiting family. The home was perfect for us and in a great location. It had everything we needed and was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to both Berlin and Ocean City. Bill was a great host.
