Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Samphire has a quiet but central location perfectly positioned within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach, town centre shops, pubs, and restaurants giving you both peaceful surroundings along with convenience and choice on your doorstep. This light and spacious ground-floor apartment has front access and rear kitchen patio doors out to an enclosed courtyard garden, the perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sunshine with a glass of wine and a barbecue. The original Victorian features include a large bay window with a marble fireplace within the living room creating a timeless and elegant space for you to relax and unwind. Ideally situated. Everything in walking distance . Parking space at back was tight but a real bonus as street out front seemed permanently crowded.Apartment was spacious but cosy; the bed (and pillows) were really comfortable. Some areas are beginning to look a bit tired but it's an older property and it must be difficult to do things when changeovers are tight.We had a lovely time, thankyou.(A couple of trays would have been nice!)

Excellent location. Some of the crockery could do with an update but the apartment was pretty well equipped. It is a shame the outdoor furniture has not been taken care of, some cushions were missing and some of what was there were wet! Unfortunately for us the other ocupants of the flat(s) above were very noisy but we didn’t let it spoil our holiday.

The flat was ideal, very comfortable and convenient for pier and extra bonus to have parking at the flat.
