I chose 4/5 stars. The view and access to the beach was amazing. I didn’t receive check in information until after 4pm. I had to contact the host for it. They said it was emailed me to me days prior but I looked through all folders and did not receive it. One of the knives was chipped off. There was an empty eye drop container left behind from previous guests. The bed was a 3/5 at best. You can feel the springs in the mattress. Only cable tv. No streaming. Just wish the condo was a little better for the price I paid. Great location. Loved the views. Even saw a pod of dolphins swim by from the balcony. Walking distance to Kilwins (ice cream) so that was great. And the restaurant inside the resort was amazing. Loved the beach bar and the beach service! Definitely will be coming back to this resort.

Coffee pot was broken but manager replaced immediately. The shower is horrible. It took 15 minutes to find the exact spot to get hot water. If you moved the faucet a few millimeters, you were in ice cold water. Water temp markers worn off. The fan in the bathroom is so loud, it sounds like you’re standing next to an idling diesel bus. You get a headache trying to use the bathroom. We had to take a bulb out of one lamp to put in the bathroom, the bulb was burnt out. The resort is fantastic. Having complimentary chairs was a plus. The place needs some work on it, but it was clean. Definitely won’t have se it again because of the bathroom.
