Apartment as advertised. Thirty minutes from airport on north coast. Parking was adequate on quiet road. Nice view, bbq, firepit, seating outside. Manager was nice. Arrived late night and was easily accomodated. As noted by others, our ground floor apartment was bothered by noisy floor above, nothing an upstairs carpet wouldn't fix. We'd stay again.

Beautiful view of the ocean from the backyard. Overall it is clean. Disappointed with the matress very hard, not a good sleep. Keep in mind Ponta Delgada city is half hour drive.
