This third-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo (1,200 sq. ft./112 sq. m.) provides a serene retreat with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and unforgettable sunsets.
Modern Comfort Meets Tropical Elegance
Step into a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, utensils, and all the essentials to prepare meals with ease. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for hosting intimate dinners, cozying up on the deep-seated couch or swivel chair with a good book, or enjoying evening breezes under the stars on the screened-in patio.
Luxurious Bedrooms for Restful Nights
The master bedroom, with its king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and flat-screen smart TV, offers a private haven for relaxation. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, with a guest bathroom just steps away. For extra guests, the living room’s queen-size pull-out sofa ensures comfort for all, accommodating up to five guests in total.

After a day on the pristine white sand, unwind indoors with a variety of entertainment options, including classic Netflix and Amazon movies on a large smart TV, free Wi-Fi, Google Nest Mini, and screen-sharing capabilities for gaming or streaming music and movies from personal devices. Everything you could need and more, then add some more. Snorkelling, beach, amenities and so forth. Location was great, just a little ways from Georgetown shopping, Eden Rock-snorkelling, which was excellent at the condo too. Cementary Beach is close, saw the turtles at Spotts beach and stingrays. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Great place.

What a paradise! Loved everything about this condo. Pictures don't do it justice. Location is perfect. Can't wait to return. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have been to Grand Cayman at least 12 times and this is the nicest condo complex I have stayed in. The owner and the property manager were very easy going with quick communication. The overall property and pool, along with the two bedroom unit, are meticulously maintained. Staff is very friendly. View from the pool and the condo's outdoor space was beautiful. The inside of the condo is very quiet. The complex is in the perfect location for walk-ability. Beach chairs on the water were a huge benefit and mostly occupied by 8:30am.
